Just like when you’ve been stuck inside (thanks quarantine) you need to step outside and take a breath of fresh air. Not as easily said and done in terms of sex but here are some ideas! Go to a sex shop. Once you have talked with a partner about some things that you may want to try or intrigue you go to a local sex store. Nowadays, not all sex shops are seedy great ones like She Bop and Good Vibrations changing the game being more female-friendly and focused! You could even go with a friend or alone and pick up a surprise for the other. If you are both comfortable go to a strip club together or read books about sex and watch porn together.

As far as non-sexual intimacy goes we will talk about that later on as well but simple things such as setting aside time with no electronics just enjoying sharing space with your partner is a great way to build that intimacy! Until then stay healthy, say positive, and don’t be an asshole!
