What’s Is Coaching
Sex
Coaching in sex means that I will help you navigate what you want and the goals you want in sex. Working in a sex shop gives me a unique perspective and a vast base of knowledge to help you improve your sex life.
Intimacy
Helping not only specifically with the act of sex, but also helping build intimacy with you and your partner(s). With communication and problem solving find solutions to help all involved. Even if it's intimacy with yourself!
Self Love
Everyone is deserving of loving themselves and I know it can be such a hard journey to start. I am here to help you build a strong foundation of self-compassion and care!
Sex Education
Personalizing sex education for you. Specifics of areas you want to know or learn on. This may be similar to sex coaching but also be education-based and focused.

Any other sex, intimacy, and sex thing you have questions about that I didn't cover? If I feel like it's something I can do I will help you. If it something out of my area I can recommend other providers for you!
